Cancellation Policy & Terms:
You will receive a full refund if we are unable to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your luau are fully refundable. Groups of 21 and more require 7 days notice of cancellation. No refunds are available for cancellations made within these time periods.
You may change your luau date at no charge, subject to availability and as long as the request is made outside the applicable cancellation period.
Please review your voucher carefully and contact us if any information is incorrect or if changes are needed.
We may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding changes or cancellations caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If the luau operator cancels your reservation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
